MENUES FOR GROUPS
Here is one suggestion for a menu for groups of more than 10 persons. It´s just an example, because we create the menu after asking you for your wishes and in consideration of the season.
Mille feuille of duck pastry and fried apple slices with dry-fruits-salsa
Half a lobster with curry-crustacean-cream on roasted cauliflower
Wine grower sorbet foamed with sparkling wine
Crispy scallop and St. Pierre on champagne-cream
Back of veal in morel sauce
each with truffled mashed potatoes und fresh vegetables
